What to include
To help us respond faster, please include:
- For tool errors: which tool you were using, what you entered, and what result you expected.
- For new tool ideas: what the tool should do and who it’s for — the more specific, the better.
- For anything else: as much context as you like.
Response time
We’re a small team and we answer messages personally, so please allow a few business days for a reply. If your message is time-sensitive, put “urgent” in the subject line.
Reporting issues
Found a bug? Email is the fastest route — include your device and browser if you can (e.g., “iPhone, Safari” or “Windows, Chrome”). Screenshots help enormously.
Please don’t send sensitive personal information (passwords, financial account numbers, ID documents) — we’ll never ask for it, and email isn’t the right channel for it.
